About the team and the role: The Marketing Operations Planning team sits within the Global Marketing organization and is a key facilitator in the of eBays global marketing campaigns and initiatives. We operate in a highly dynamic and fastpaced environment where we focus on tactical crossteam collaboration to manage marketing campaign demands against operational resources. This role reports directly to the Marketing Operations Planning Manager and oversees the daytoday facilitation of campaign planning and including review of campaign requests effort assessment resource allocation and communication with collaborators.
What you will accomplish:
Operations Planning: Ensure accuracy and completeness of operational dependencies in requests; assess requests against operational capacity; collaborate with planning operations and marketing partners to achieve effective and efficient management of resources.
Operational Excellence: Oversee campaign workflow and facilitate coordination between marketing creative and teams to achieve timely and successful campaign launch.
Project Management: Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to align efforts on more complex marketing projects to achieve business objectives.
Process Optimization: Identify implement and optimize marketing processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Partner Support: Maintain uptodate process and standard methodology documentation to facilitate onboarding and ensure marketing stakteam membercess.
What you will bring:
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills: Ability to analyze data identify options and implement effective solutions.
Excellent project management skills: Ability to plan organize and prioritize tasks effectively.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills: Ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams.
Meticulous attention to detail with demonstrated sense of ownership and accountability for results.
Proficiency in marketing technology tools: Experience with digital workflow management and analytics platforms.
University Degree or equivalent experience in marketing business or other related field.
23 years of digital marketing and/or operations experience with focus on ecommerce/customer relationship marketing.
