Role Summary
As an Associate in Strategy & Operations you will drive highimpact projects for the leadership team that shape Sprintos growth. You will critically analyze business performance improve internal processes and drive strategic initiatives across multiple functions. This highownership role requires you to think independently move fast and execute effectively to deliver highimpact outcomes. This role is for you if you enjoy solving problems working with numbers and improving things.

What are the key responsibilities of the role
- Work on crossfunctional projects that drive growth efficiency and scalability across the company.
- Build and refine financial models business cases and datadriven insights to support decisionmaking.
- Dive deep into business challenges break down problems and find structured solutions.
- Optimize internal processes to improve speed and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with teams across marketing sales product and finance to drive key initiatives.
- Assist in strategic planning goal setting and performance tracking across functions.
What are the key requirements of the role
- 24 years of experience in consulting investment banking or a highgrowth startup (Founders Office BizOps etc..
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills with handson experience in financial modeling data analysis and problemsolving.
- Ability to think through problems from first principles and develop logical actionable solutions.
- A quick learner who thrives in a fastpaced highambiguity environment.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A selfstarter who takes ownership and can drive projects independently.
- An understanding of SaaS metrics and business models is desirable but not required.
