Position Summary:
ReturnPro is looking for a resultdriven team and detailoriented organized Cost Accountant. The Cost Accountant teammate will be responsible for all aspects of internal reporting related to the assigned accounts. This will include various B2B and B2C reporting requirements preparation of the companys budget cost reduction analyses and other ad hoc requests.
Primary Responsibilities/Essential Functions:

Manage vendor and marketplace reconciliation
Manage all B2C sales and service reporting
Assist with daytoday revenue and AR Management activities
Assist with accounting for intercompany transactions / rebilling to customers
Assist with customer Audit support requests
Generates financial analysis reports
Engage in ongoing cost allocation and cost reduction analyses
Assist in the preparation of the strategic plan annual budget and forecasting
Performs adhoc analysis and reporting to various departments
Leverages various software tools to provide flexible reporting and to create processes for efficiency and consistency
Prepares and maintains process documentation; and
Ad hoc requests from the Accounting Department Managers and the Chief Financial Officer
Other duties as assigned or approved by Manager
Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree in Business Administration Finance or Accounting
5 years of experience in an Accounting or Finance position
Excellent analytical problemsolving and communication skills
Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
Experience with SQL is strongly preferred
Selfmotivated in achieving goals and completing routine tasks
Excellent analytical problemsolving skills when faced with new challenges
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent interpersonal negotiation and conflict resolution skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to act with integrity professionalism and confidentiality
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
