Dietary Supervisor
STARTING RATE: $16.00 (paying $16.00 $18.00 per hour depending on experience)

JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Dietary Supervisor promotes the health and wellbeing of residents through nutrition management.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversees the dietary departmental staff and all facets of food preparation
- Ensures adherence to standardized recipes
- Ensures nutritional requirements (as directed by the registered dietitian)
- Ensures facility and departmental policies and procedures safe handling practices and infection control standards
