Position: Transport Nurse Extended School Year ProgramLocation: Bus Route from Milford to OutofDistrict SchoolSchedule: July 7 August 8 (No Transport July 1418 Monday Friday 7:00 am 10:00 am & 1:00 pm 4:00 pm*Please note the possibility of splitting the position between 2 people if possible or preferred.Salary:$40.00 per hourTo Start:July 7 2024Qualifications:Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical NurseExperience with special needs students with complex medical needsRESPONSIBILITIES:Accompany special needs student during daily van transportation to and from schoolAdministration and documentation of all prescribed medical treatments for student if/when given during transportCollaborate with building nurse in implementation of Individual Health Care Plan (IHCP)Assist in all aspects of daily living activities for student with complex medical needs during transport
