Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Personal Assistant to provide administrative support to our Chairwoman. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our company by managing the Chairwomans schedule coordinating meetings and events and handling various personal tasks. This is a fulltime position with opportunities for growth within the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the Chairwomans schedule including arranging meetings appointments and travel arrangements
- Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings presentations and conferences
- Act as a liaison between the Chairwoman and other internal and external stakeholders
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence including phone calls emails and letters
- Maintain and organize confidential files and documents
- Assist with the preparation of reports and presentations
- Conduct research and gather information as needed
- Handle any adhoc administrative tasks as assigned by the Chairwoman
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Communications or a related field
- Minimum of 10 years of experience as a PA or in a similar administrative role
- Fluent in English
- Excellent organizational and timemanagement skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Proactive attitude and ability to work independently
- Strong attention to detail and problemsolving skills
- Able to work under pressure
