Empower Growth as Our Elementary CoTeacher
Step into a collaborative environment where you will support lead teachers in fostering an engaging inclusive learning space. As an Elementary Coteacher you will play a vital role in shaping students academic and social development through meaningful supportive instruction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with lead teachers to develop and deliver lesson plans aligned with curriculum objectives
- Support classroom management and provide oneonone or small group assistance
- Communicate with families and colleagues to enhance each students learning experience
- Encourage student participation and adapt instruction to meet diverse needs
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in education or related field; teaching certification preferred
- Proven experience in elementary education and a passion for collaborative teaching
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills to support students and staff
