State: Chhattisgarh
Garde: S1/S2/S3/S4/S5
Designation: Staff / Supervisor / Senior Supervisor / Junior Officer / Junior Engineer / Assistant Officer / Assistant Engineer
Qualification: MSc./BSc.
Practical Exposure: 05 to 08 Years
Required Skills: Basic cement chemistry;Calib. of XRF & ROBO troubleshooting 3)SAP knowledge
Job Description:
- Aware of Chemical / Physical analysis of Raw Material to Finish Product (Cement)
- Proficient in Shift operation viz. maintaining Rawmill and Cement Mill targeted parameters.
- Maintaining the desired quality targets and understand impact of process parameters on quality.
- Day to day SAP knowledge for shift quality / Fuel data uploading
- Proximate analysis of fuel.
- Daily MIS data generation Inventory management by maintaining PRPO
- Implementation of WCM 5S Safety culture within department
- Able to carry out Material handling activities in Shift operation
