Your Team Your Impact

In this role youll be a key contributor in developing and maintaining global compensation analytics tools and supporting HR partners with decision making data. You will play a crucial role identifying and implementing technology solutions to streamline processes and managing key global projects from inception to completion ensuring successful delivery of objectives.

What You Can Expect

  • Develop and maintain compensation data analytics tools to provide accurate and actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with People Analytics and PowerBI teams to improve compensation data analytics.
  • Conduct regular analysis of compensation data to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness.
  • Lead the annual compensation review budget process and salary structure development process.
  • Support HR partners and business leaders with data analysis to inform compensation decisions.
  • Identify and implement technology solutions to streamline compensation analytics and processes.
  • Support the integration of new technology with existing HRIS and other relevant platforms.
  • Collaborate with HRIS team to enhance and optimize Workday functionality for compensation processes.
  • Lead key projects and initiatives from inception to completion by developing project plans setting timelines and allocating resources effectively.
  • Monitor project progress address any challenges and ensure successful delivery of project objectives.
  • Manage the annual compensation review process.

What Were Looking For

  • 5 10 years of experience working in large corporate compensation role.
  • Bachelors degree in business arts science or related field
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Proven experience in leveraging technology to enhance compensation analytics.
  • Proficiency in HRIS particularly Workday.

Expected Base Pay Range (USD)

$ per annum

The successful candidates starting base pay will be determined based on jobrelated skills experience qualifications work location and market conditions. The expected base pay range for this role may be modified based on market conditions.
