About Global Customer Success and Solution Architecture
As a Senior Solution Architect within Cognites Global Customer Success Organization (GCS) youll be a key player in our architecture profession. With offices in Austin Houston Oslo Stavanger Tokyo and soon Bengaluru our diverse GCS team includes Project Managers Data Scientists Data Engineers and Solution Architects specializing in Oil and Gas Power and Manufacturing. This role is part of the EMEA Delivery organization supporting customer and partner projects in MENA and SEA regions.
In this customerfacing role youll collaborate directly with key customers partners field sales delivery teams and product development. Leveraging your seniority and technical expertise youll lead international industrial customers towards increased productivity profitability reduced environmental impact and lower costs.
In this role you will work directly with customers to accelerate their business outcomes by recommending bestpractice cloud architectures aligned with their longterm needs. You will drive technical solution discussions diving deep into complex problems to craft scalable flexible and resilient cloud architectures.
Our clients are large international process and energy industries facing challenges in asset performance maintenance production efficiency and sustainability. Together with the team youll define solutions and guide each integration to successful completion.
