We are currently looking for a dedicated and skilled Ford Mobile Service Technician to join our growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced technician who loves working with Ford vehicles and providing outstanding customer service on the go.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform mobile maintenance and repair services for Ford vehicles at customer locations.
Diagnose and troubleshoot vehicle issues using advanced diagnostic tools.
Conduct routine maintenance including oil changes tire rotations brake services and more.
Provide excellent customer service explaining repairs and maintenance needs clearly to customers.
Ensure all vehicles are safely repaired and serviced to manufacturer standards.
Maintain accurate service records and follow up with customers as needed.
Stay uptodate on Fords latest technologies and service protocols.
Keep the mobile service van organized stocked and in good working condition.
Requirements:
Certified Ford Technician (or ASE Certified with Ford experience).
Strong knowledge of Ford vehicle systems diagnostics and repair procedures.
Previous experience working in a mobile service or field technician role preferred.
Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and efficiently in a mobile environment.
Must be able to lift and carry heavy equipment when necessary.
