About the role:
Samsara is looking for a Project Manager Global Inbound to drive strategic projects and optimize the inbound lead management process within our Account Development Representative (ADR) function. In this role you will work at the intersection of sales marketing and business operations to enhance Samsaras inbound sales pipeline ensuring we maximize efficiency improve lead conversion rates and create a seamless experience for prospective customers.
This is a hybrid position open to candidates based within 30 miles of our Phoenix AZ office location.

In this role you wil:
- Project Scoping Planning and : Work closely with business stakeholders (Marketing Sales and Business Operations teams) to identify scope prioritize plan and execute strategic projects that improve Inbound lead performance.
- Data Analysis and Insights: Analyze inbound lead data to identify trends bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement. Utilize these insights to inform decisionmaking and strategy.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders to gather feedback align on priorities and ensure that inbound strategies support overall business objectives.
- Reporting & Results: Measure results of projects and report on outcomes delivered; drive continuous improvement processes to achieve and maintain operational excellence
- Champion role model and embed Samsaras cultural principles (Focus on Customer Success Build for the Long Term Adopt a Growth Mindset Be Inclusive Win as a Team) as we scale globally and across new offices
Minimum requirements for the role:
- Bachelors Degree from a 4year institution preferably in Business Marketing or a related field.
- 3 years experience in project management sales operations business operations or a related role preferable within a B2B sales environment.
- Strong Project Management skills with expertise in endtoend project delivery (i.e. framing the need and scope requirements documenting project plans defining KPIs and reporting on results)
- Strong communication and written language skills including clear and concise documentation
- Proven track record of building trust and effectively partnering with a wide variety of stakeholders: executives managers frontline teammates and crossfunctional partners
- Deep curiosity excellent listening skills strong empathy and a growth mindset to push for continuous improvement
- Proficient in using SFDC Tableau DataBricks Gsuite.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to exceptional work
An ideal candidate also has:
- Understanding of B2B SaaS inbound lead management & key KPIs
