- Outpatient practice. No weekend clinic. MF 8 hour days.
- 3 days at high school based health center..
- 2 days at primary care clinic caring for all ages.
- Very light call by phone 1:4 weeks
- Very sustainable enjoyable pace. 1215 patients per day.
- Robust clinical support: assigned MAs RN Care Coordinators Referral Coordinator Health Wellness Navigator Outreach Enrollment and Patient Care Coordinators as well as Patient Transportation.
- EPIC EHR
- Compensation based on experience. $110k min (new grad).
- Excellent benefits: PTO20 days per year plus added birthday/service awards. 12 days sick leave 40 hours CME/$2k per year
- Medical insurance on day 1.
- Retirement life insurance. Eligible for state/federal loan repayment.
- Experienced FNP preferred. New graduates with healthcare experience strong training including primary care and pediatric rotations welcome to apply.
