Job Description
1 Resource Group is seeking a skilled Construction Carpenter Helper to join our construction team in Holly Springs NC. As a Carpenter Helper you will assist carpenters with various tasks involved in construction projects.
Responsibilities
- Assist carpenters with measuring cutting and installing various materials.
- Experience operating power tools and hand tools as needed.
- Assist with the construction of frameworks including walls floors and roofs.
- Help maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow safety guidelines and regulations.
- Other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements
- Prior experience as a Carpenter Helper is required.
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and materials.
- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects as needed.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
$25.59 hr plus 125.00 per day worked per diem if living over 50 miles from site
Qualifications
- Prior experience as a Carpenter Helper is required. Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.Basic knowledge of construction tools and materials.Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects as needed.Good communication and interpersonal skills.
