Job Description

- Consult with the assigned functional areas HR Team and hiring leaders to develop a resultsoriented recruiting strategy.
- Develop a recruiting strategy and pipeline that attracts a diverse candidate pool.
- Operate efficiently in a fastpaced environment.
- Responsible for validating the qualifications of candidates to move forward in the process.
- Be a brand ambassador for Hanes through interactions with candidates applicants and on social media.
- Support additional projects such as: evaluating new tools continuous improvements analytics labor market analysis and workforce planning initiatives.
- Train hiring leaders in the interviewing and onboarding process.
