Topa is looking for motivated candidate to join our team as a primary care paramedic in Colonsay! The successful candidate will be responsible for working as part of the Topa team to supervise and maintain a safe work environment.
Position Title:Primary Care Paramedic
Locations: Colonsay Mine Sites
Start Date:Immediate
Closing:Position will remain open until a successful candidate is hired
Responsibilities:
- Provide medical care as necessary
- Client management / patient care
- Security services as needed
- Administration duties
- Assessing each patients condition and deciding course of action
- Effective communication both verbal and written
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Must have valid class 5 drivers license
- Be in good standing with the Saskatchewan College of Paramedics
- Demonstrate knowledge skill and abilities to perform as a paramedic
- PCP certification
- EMRs accepted
- Up to date First Aid Certificates
- Certificated in drug and alcohol testing (CSC BAT) or willing to train

- Ability to work 12hour shifts (Days and Nights)
- Preemployment drug and alcohol testing is required
