The Opportunity:

We are looking for an experienced recruitment consultant to focus on placing mid to senior sales professionals within the engineering/technical markets globally. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Championing Mercury Hamptons comprehensive service offerings from behavioural profiling to performance solutions.
  • Building and developing relationships with decisionmakers likely Sales Directors and Managing Directors and HR Leaders within the engineering and technical markets.
  • Winning new vacancies and organising candidate interviews.
  • Using cuttingedge technology and automation tools to enhance efficiency.
  • Managing and nurturing relationships with clients and candidates.
  • Negotiating and closing deals.
  • Overseeing a portfolio of strategic accounts.
  • Driving revenue through crossselling and upselling opportunities.
  • Acting as the primary point of contact throughout the recruitment process.

What Were Looking For:

  • Proven experience in 360 recruitment executive search recruitment delivery or a salesrelated field; were open to candidates changing markets and will consider recruiters from different backgrounds such as Finance IT Legal Marketing Engineering etc.
  • A consultative solutiondriven approach to client management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to communicate at senior level.
  • Ambitious resultsdriven and committed to excellence.
  • Strong understanding of business structures and operations.
  • Selfmotivated with solid allaround recruitment skills.
  • Ability to engage confidently with seniorlevel clients and candidates.
