The Opportunity:
We are looking for an experienced recruitment consultant to focus on placing mid to senior sales professionals within the engineering/technical markets globally. Your responsibilities will include:
- Championing Mercury Hamptons comprehensive service offerings from behavioural profiling to performance solutions.
- Building and developing relationships with decisionmakers likely Sales Directors and Managing Directors and HR Leaders within the engineering and technical markets.
- Winning new vacancies and organising candidate interviews.
- Using cuttingedge technology and automation tools to enhance efficiency.
- Managing and nurturing relationships with clients and candidates.
- Negotiating and closing deals.
- Overseeing a portfolio of strategic accounts.
- Driving revenue through crossselling and upselling opportunities.
- Acting as the primary point of contact throughout the recruitment process.
What Were Looking For:
- Proven experience in 360 recruitment executive search recruitment delivery or a salesrelated field; were open to candidates changing markets and will consider recruiters from different backgrounds such as Finance IT Legal Marketing Engineering etc.
- A consultative solutiondriven approach to client management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to communicate at senior level.
- Ambitious resultsdriven and committed to excellence.
- Strong understanding of business structures and operations.
- Selfmotivated with solid allaround recruitment skills.
- Ability to engage confidently with seniorlevel clients and candidates.
