We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Senior Project Manager to lead the successful of critical implementations drive operational excellence and expand our footprint within the financial services sector. This individual will play a key role in delivering technologydriven solutions that empower our clients ensuring seamless project and alignment with their evolving needs.
As a key member of the InvestorFlow Services team you will be responsible for scoping planning and managing the implementation of InvestorFlow products as well as leading internal strategic initiatives. Your ability to drive crossfunctional collaboration provide strategic direction and maintain a clientcentric approach will be essential in achieving success.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Project : Define and lead highimpact projects for enterprise clients ensuring alignment with their business objectives and InvestorFlows strategic goals.
Stakeholder Engagement: Build and manage relationships with executives internal teams and external partners to drive alignment foster collaboration and ensure seamless .
Project Planning & Governance: Develop and oversee governance models project roadmaps resource allocation and financial oversight to drive efficiency.
Risk & Issue Management: Proactively identify risks develop mitigation strategies and drive issue resolution to keep projects on track.
Executive Reporting & Communication: Deliver highlevel project updates dashboards and presentations to senior leadership and key stakeholders ensuring transparency and datadriven decisionmaking.
CrossFunctional Leadership: Lead and coordinate activities across multiple business functions ensuring seamless integration across technology operations and client teams.
Operational Excellence:Establish best practices enhance project delivery methodologies and ensure adherence to Agile principles where applicable.
ClientCentric Solutioning: Act as a trusted advisor working closely with clients to understand their needs and provide strategic technologydriven solutions.
What You Bring
5 years of project management experience with a strong track record of leading complex enterpriselevel initiatives.
Proven executive presence with exceptional communication skills able to influence and drive outcomes at all levels including Csuite executives.
Financial services expertise ideally with experience in alternative asset management wealth management or institutional investing.
Salesforce knowledge preferred.
Experience in DX portals and portal links highly desirable.
PMP Certification preferred.
Agile & Strategic : Deep experience with Agile methodologies and the ability to pivot strategies as needed.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with a solutionoriented mindset.
Ability to manage competing priorities in a fastpaced matrixed environment.
Experience leading crossfunctional teams fostering collaboration and driving impactful results.
Bachelors degree or equivalent professional experience.
$130000 $170000 a year
This salary range is based on the national average and will be commensurate with factors such as location experience and alignment.
