Wellbeing Manager: Primary Care Wokingham
Hours: 37 hours per week
Salary:

(prorata salary dependent on skills experience and knowledge)
Contract: Permanent
Base: Wokingham/Remote

The Project Manager will lead a team to provide a high quality and effective 1:1 wellbeing service via referral from numerous local partners in the statutory and voluntary sector. The Manager will also lead on initiatives to facilitate collaboration in the local Voluntary and Community Sector for the benefit of local mental health and wellbeing. The Manager will forge strong links with local commissioners and partners and will ensure the involvement of service users and Experts by Experience for the benefit of service delivery. The Manager will lead a culture of support for staff wellbeing and excellence in service quality.
