Facilities Security Specialist (Flex)
Schedule: Varied Valley Wide
Compensation: $20.50 / hr. Benefits
Site Location: Valley Wide

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and detailoriented Physical Security Specialist to ensure the safety and security of our clients facilities personnel and assets. The Physical Security Specialist will implement security protocols monitor security systems conduct risk assessments and coordinate with Security Operations. This role is critical in protecting the organization from physical threats and ensuring compliance with security standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage physical security measures for all facilities including access control surveillance systems and alarm systems.
- Conduct random patrols to identify vulnerabilities in the physical security infrastructure.
- Monitor and respond to security incidents alarms and breaches ensuring timely resolution and reporting.
- Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency response teams during incidents or security investigations.
- Adhere to policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Monitor physical security technology including CCTV access control systems and intrusion detection systems.
- Ensure compliance with local state and federal security regulations and guidelines.
Minimum Requirements:
- Valid Unarmed Security Guard License in Arizona
- 21 years of age or older
- Valid Drivers License
- Clean MVR (Driving Record)
- 1 year(s) of experience in security military corrections or law enforcement.
- CPR AED and First Aid certified we can help with this!
- Must be authorized to work in the United States legally
- Submit to a comprehensive background check and drug screening
- Possess a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent education.
- If military experience must be able to provide a copy of DD214 Form 4
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify security vulnerabilities.
- Ability to work independently prioritize tasks and handle highstress situations.
- Proactive and solutionoriented with a strong focus on safety and security.
