As a Customer Implementation Manager you will lead our clients onboarding and implementation process ensuring they unlock the full potential of Regal AI Agents and our CCaaS solutions to optimize their customer engagement.
You will be responsible for understanding client business requirements designing AI Agent workflows and driving efficient time to value. As an early team member in Customer Implementation you will help shape our AIfirst strategy and define best practices for integrating AI Agents and human teams into seamless customer experiences.
Responsibilities:
AIPowered Customer Onboarding Guide customers in deploying and finetuning Regal AI Agents to automate and enhance their customer interactions
Strategic AI Adoption Help customers design & iterate on their AIassisted customer engagement strategies that balance automation and human touch
Product & AI Innovation Collaboration Work with Regals AI & Product teams to provide customer insights that shape AIpowered enhancements and automation improvements
Technical ProblemSolving Develop solutions to unblock customer challenges integrating AI decisioning automation tools and APIs
DataDriven Success Leverage insights and customer data to optimize engagement and maximize ROI
ABOUT YOU:
26 years of experience in customer implementation technical project management or AIdriven systems integration.
AI & Automation Enthusiast Passionate about leveraging AI agents machine learning and automation to enhance customer interactions
Technical Proficiency Experience with two or more of the following:Natural Language Processing (NLP) & Conversational AI SQL APIs SaaS Contact Center Software
Realtime customer intent signals & AI decisioning systems
SMS Email Marketing and Direct Marketing Analytics
DataDriven Mindset Comfortable using data insights and customer behavior analytics to refine engagement strategies
