The US Payroll Team Leader oversees a small team of support staff within an organization known for its repetitive and transactional processes. They play a pivotal role in driving process improvement initiatives contributing their expertise to refine existing procedures. Their responsibilities include guiding team members ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and maintaining a thorough understanding of the functional area they supervise. - Bachelors Degree preferred but not required.
- Highly proficient in MS Excel Google Sheets.
- At least 3 years of experience in US payroll processing.
- At least 2 years experience as a Team Lead in the BPO industry is preferred.
