LOCATION: DeForest WI
SUMMARY: Provides Engineering expertise to the facility for the discharge of assigned projects in the areas of machine design plant and facility design / construction equipment installation quality improvements and safety. The position also provides extensive Engineering support for Maintenance functions and Production activities. This person will at times assist the Plant Engineer in the planning directing and coordinating of the activities concerned with the Engineering and Maintenance departments. This position will entail a more hands on approach to projects than the Engineering position but will also require an indepth knowledge of sound Electrical or Mechanical engineering and trade practices.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Bachelors degree (B. A. from fouryear college or university three years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read analyze and interpret general business periodicals professional journals technical procedures or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports business correspondence and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers clients customers and the general public.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to add subtract multiply and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers common fractions and decimals. Ability to compute rate ratio and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs. Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts interest commissions proportions and percentages.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written oral diagram or schedule form.
