Do you have a passion for making a real difference in the lives of people living with mental health and substanceuse challenges At Easterseals PORT Health (ESPH) were seeking a compassionate and dedicated fulltime Therapist to join our team in Elizabeth City NC. As a valued member of our collaborative and supportive team you will work together to transform the lives of individuals by providing a comprehensive range of services that treat the whole person and empower patients to find their way forward.
What Youll Do
As a Therapist on our Outpatient team (OPT) you will contribute significantly to the wellbeing of the individuals under your care in a clinic setting. Your skills and experience will be vital in the screening assessment and goal development / achievement process. Additionally our clinicians recommend and coordinate supporting services for individuals when needed. The teams at Easterseals PORT Health care directly for our clients in oneonone or group sessions in our outpatient clinics and opioid treatment programs.
*$2000 signon bonus

Youll earn a competitive annual salary (Provisional licensure range is $and (Full licensure range starts at $55000 depending on skills experience and dual licensure status plus enjoy a 40hour a week MondayFriday 8 am5 pm work schedule with some evening flexibility for program and client needs. What Were Looking For
To join our team as a licensed clinician you must have indepth knowledge of different therapeutic approaches and group techniques as well as their practical application in an outpatient setting be able to work independently be adept at problem solving and deescalation in times of crisis. We also require:
- Full or provisional licensure: LCSW LCMHC
- dual licensure preferred; LCAS (A)
- Prior mental health and/or substance use experience preferred
