Job Description
Jeff DAmbrosio Auto Group is looking for a talented Sales Manager to join our team and lead our sales department to new heights.The Sales Manager is a dynamic leader responsible for driving sales performance motivating and training the sales team and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role involves handson engagement with customers deal structuring and a deep understanding of both prime and subprime automotive finance to implement effective sales strategies.
Finance experience is necessary to employ our sales strategy for both prime and subprime opportunities.

- Automotive Sales/ Finance Manager: 2 years (Required)
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for all new and used car sales and finance at the dealership
- Handson desking structuring and closing deals
- Business Planning forecasting and to achieve projected goals and objectives for sales and profitability on a monthly quarterly and annual basis
- Manages vehicle inventory appraisals and reconditioning
- Must be a strong closer and willing to engage customers early in the sales process
- Must be knowledgeable of vehicle titling processes
