Strategic Business Development Identify and secure new hospital and healthcare clients seeking elite physician talent. Build & Maintain ExecutiveLevel Relationships Work directly with hospital administrators medical directors and healthcare executives to provide staffing solutions that drive clinical excellence. FullCycle Talent Placement Manage the entire physician recruitment process from sourcing and screening to contract negotiation and onboarding. Negotiate HighValue Deals Structure compensation packages contracts and placements that meet the needs of both hospitals and top medical professionals. Stay Ahead of Industry Trends Maintain expertise in radiation oncology specialty medicine and hospital staffing to deliver bestinclass solutions.
