The anticipated starting salary range for Baltimore M.D. based individuals expressing interest in this position is $15.00/Hr. $15.00/Hr.
Salary to be determined by the education experience knowledge skills abilities and location of the applicant as well as internal and external equity.

Overview:
Audacy Baltimore is currently seeking parttime OnAir talent for 105.7 The Fan/WJZFM.
Responsibilities
What Youll Do:
- Create original content and performing live broadcasts that are entertaining and informative
- Participate and create original content for all social media platforms; managing online personality presence
- Protect the stations FCC license
- Ensure that promotions and contests are executed properly
- Other duties as required by management
Qualifications
More About You:
Required & Preferred:
- Onair experience
- Experience in media or entertainment
- Excellent communicator with strong creative skills
- Knowledge of the formats and audience
- A valid drivers license satisfactory completion of a motor vehicle record check and if the position requires use of applicants own vehicle proof of insurance is required.
Preferred:
- Should possess understanding of FCC policies
- Strong working knowledge of studio audio equipment for onair and production . Promo Suite VCreative Wide Orbit a plus
- Programming and imaging skills a plus
Physical Requirements:
While performing the duties of this job the employee is frequently required to sit; use hands and fingers to handle or feel objects tools or controls; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision distance vision color vision peripheral vision depth perception and the ability to adjust focus. Majority of work day will be spent sitting at broadcast board speaking into a microphone and manipulating board controls.We are looking for talent that can work various shifts to include nights/weekends holidays and cover for fulltime talent as needed.
