Be a part of our kitchen crew by ensuring the cleanliness of all our dishes and serve ware!
Tasks:
- Ensure all dishes and utensils are clean sanitized and put away in proper place
- Empty compact and dispose all garbage into the trash bin in a safe manner
- Sweep and mop kitchen and refrigerator floors
- Clean sweep back dock area
- Clean and perform other duties pertaining to sanitation
- Use proper safety precautions when using cleaning chemicals
- Additional responsibilities assigned by management

KNOWLEDGE SKILLS and ABILITIES:
- Must be able to speak and understand English.
- Be courteous to guests and other employees.
- Must be able to stand and exert fast paced mobility.
- Must be able to repeatedly bend/stoop frequently push/pull and occasionally squat reach above shoulder level kneel and balance.
- Must be able to carry up to 50 lbs and lift 75 lbs with assistance.
- Must be able to work holidays weekends and other shifts as necessary.
