Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and organized Sales Assistant to join our sales team. The Sales Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting our sales representatives in their efforts to promote and sell our range of rainwater goods and metal roofing products. This position offers the opportunity to learn about our products interact with clients and contribute to the overall success of our sales initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Assist sales representatives with administrative tasks such as preparing sales documents quotations and proposals.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services to customers.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone email and inperson meetings.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities customer interactions and inventory levels.
- Prepare sales reports and assist in analyzing sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Stay updated on product knowledge industry trends and competitor activities.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a sales support or administrative role is preferred but not required.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
- Eagerness to learn about rainwater goods and metal roofing products.
