Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical queries from merchants and their developer teams over multiple channels providing them with stepbystep technical assistance
- Ability to demo the Cashfree product suite to merchants on presales/post sales calls and walk them through Product Integration and dashboard
- Technical debugging of merchant environment to enable them to integrate with Cashfree through Mobile plugins APIs etc.
- Deep dive and analyse issues endtoend and efficiently collaborate with other teams to solve critical merchant problems
- Operate on stringent resolution SLAs to resolve business critical problems for Cashfree merchants working and collaborating with engineering and operational teams
- Provide a world class support experience for Cashfree merchants.
- Develop and maintain product level playbooks for team reference contribute to and manage the repository /knowledge base
- Take up technical value add tasks and initiatives aimed at improving product efficiency
Experience : 3.5 to 6 years of relevant work experience
Requirements:
- Understanding of coding languages like Go/Python/Java platforms (Android iOS) with handson working experience in at least one of them.
- Strong understanding of running queries using SQL and using APIs on tools like Postman
- Familiarity/experience of using web and mobile tools such as React Native Flutter Cordova Ionic React would be a plus
- Experience in handling technical queries on email/call/chat channels
- Keen eye for technical documentation enhancement
- Excellent problemsolving aptitude and communication skills
- Experience in maintaining and optimizing existing integration solutions to reflect all changes in clients and internal environments
- Capable of ideating process improvements mentoring and assisting junior team members.
- Showcase exemplary ownership and accountability in solving following up and communicating with merchants and internal teams alike
- Lead cross functional collaboration efforts and set the benchmark in performance and adherence within the team
