Medical Negligence Lawyer
Location: Hertford/Hybrid
Salary:(dependent on experience)
Job Type: Fulltime or Parttime

About the Role

  • Manage a caseload of multitrack medical negligence claims including lifealtering injury cases.
  • Engage in business development and marketing with an emphasis on building relationships with charities.
  • Mentor junior fee earners and collaborate with a dynamic supportive team.
  • Law Society Medical Negligence Panel and/or AvMA membership is essential.

What Were Looking For

  • 10 years PQE in claimant medical negligence law.
  • Proven expertise in case management client communication and legal drafting.
  • A proactive approach to business development.
