Position Details:
- Shift Pattern:4 on 4 off nights
- Weekly Hours:average of 42h per week.
- Qualifications:SIA license required.

Key Responsibilities:
- Patrols: Conduct regular and random patrols of the premises to ensure safety and security. Monitor for any suspicious activities or security breaches.
- Gatehouse Management: Control access to the property by monitoring the gatehouse. Ensure that only authorized personnel and vehicles enter the premises.
- Deliveries and Collections: Manage incoming and outgoing deliveries and collections verifying the identity of personnel and ensuring proper documentation is completed.
- CCTV Monitoring: Monitor surveillance cameras to observe and record activities on the premises. Report any incidents or anomalies promptly.
- Incident Reporting: Document any incidents accidents or security breaches in a clear and concise manner. Prepare detailed reports as required.
- Emergency Response: Respond to alarms and emergency situations providing assistance and coordinating with law enforcement or emergency services as needed.
- Customer Service: Provide a visible security presence and assist visitors and staff with inquiries while maintaining a professional demeanor.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with team members visitors and law enforcement.
- Computer Skills: Proficient in using computers and security software for reporting and monitoring purposes.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to observe and report details accurately.

- Physical Fitness: Capable of performing physical tasks related to patrol duties and emergency response.
- Must have a valid SIA Licence.
- Must have the right to work in the UK.
- Must have driving licence and access to own vehicle
- Have a fiveyear check able employment history or be able to produce documentary evidence of any period of unemployment selfemployment or full and parttime education during that period.
- Must be within a reasonable commuting distance.
