Job Description

Enrolled Nurse Transition to practice Program Graduate Position

12 Month Part Time contract

ADH is seeking to support a newly qualified Enrolled Nurse to participate in our 12month Transition to Practice Program commencing on Monday the 2nd June 2025.This program provides newly graduated Enrolled Nurses the opportunity to participate in a supportive program that will assist them to transition from the novice Enrolled Nurse during their initial years of practice that have not already completed a Transition to Practice program.

The Enrolled Nurse will be well supported with orientation and supernumerary days with the support from the Training & Development team in a friendly collaborative team environment.The program also involves participation in study days & discovery days giving you an opportunity to experience other areas of our health service including Urgent Care Centre Operating Theatre and Primary Health services.Subsidised fully furnished accommodation is available.
