The Comprehensive AIDS Program has an exciting opportunity for a full time Director Programs position. The incumbent provides leadership strategy administration and direction for a wide range of programs to enhance their effectiveness. Moreover the Director Programs coordinates all functions and services for assigned program(s) and takes charge of budget accountability and personnel management.
CORE JOB FUNCTIONS
Formulates and implements short and longterm program goals and objectives.
Establishes administrative policies and procedures.
Develops and sustains community partnerships with local organizations and agencies.
Assists faculty in creating course curriculum.
Advances effective marketing strategies to promote all programs and services.
Creates and plans outcome driven assessment tools for departmental programs and services.
Maintains current knowledge and ensures program compliance of all federal state local and University policies and regulations.
Cultivates and maintains positive relationships with relevant stakeholders to include students alumni faculty members program participants etc.
Establishes and continuously assesses the effectiveness of the internal controls within the unit and compliance with University policies and procedures.
Ensures employees are trained on controls within the function and on University policy and procedures.

CORE QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelors Degree in relevant field
Minimum 7 years of relevant experience
DEPARTMENT ADDENDUM
Department Specific Functions
Provides leadership and oversight of the planning coordination and problem solving related to SEAETC program deliverables Leads strategic planning efforts development and of SEAETC workshops meetings conferences telehealth sessions and webinars with high impact on program deliverables and providers serving HIVpositive population. Actively contributes to the Centers mission of providing innovative programming and quality services to support learning and academic success. Cultivates relationships and partnerships with various external entities and professional organizations to further department functions and ensure appropriate training is being delivered across Southeast region maintains relationships with funders through grant cycles and renewals.
Evaluates program effectiveness to develop improved methods to advance goals of grants program mandates and specific regulations for funding. Effectively plans delegates and supervises work of SEAETC coordinators related to delivery of new and ongoing training programs and facilitates training onboarding upskilling and retooling of current and new staff Supports Center Administrator in Ryan White Part A efforts to deliver grantspecific mandates including attending quality and administrative meetings budget planning yearly reporting and auditing procedures. Manages Florida Department of Health (FDOH) Test and Treat Rapid Access (TTRA) Program grant maintains grant specifications for reporting deliverables and conducts ongoing programmatic monitoring for TTRA funding. Prepares periodic reports financial statements evaluation results chart review findings and records on program activities progress status or other special reports for Center Administrator Principal Investigator and Program Funders; manages data within departmental programs and databases Provides assistance to community partners subcontractors and other related partners to achieve optimal programmatic outcomes.
