Dear Candidate
We are from Zenith Resource Management. We are leading consultants and have a presence on a PAN India basis.
We have open positions for :
Profile: PERSONAL ASSISTANT TO MANAGING DIRECTOR
Location: NOIDA SEC 63
Salary: Upto 6Lpa
Role & Responsibilities:
Schedule and coordinate meetings appointments and travel arrangements for MANAGING DIRECTOR
Draft review and send communications on behalf of MD
Organize and prepare for meetings including gathering documents.
Answer and respond to phone calls communicate messages and information to the Managing Director.
Prioritize emails and respond when necessary.
Conducted research and collected and analysed data to prepare reports and documents.
Qualification: GRADUATE
Candidate should have good experience in MS Office.
Interviews will b held from TOMORROW at the Corporate office from 12 pm onwards.
