Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Full Stack React Developer to join our dynamic and innovative development team.
Nature of Work: Work From Office
Location: Kolkata New Town
Experience: minimum 25 yrs
Salary: 35 LPA
Responsibilities:
- Full Stack Development:
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to design develop and deploy web applications.
- Implement responsive user interfaces using React for the frontend and integrate with backend services.
- FrontEnd Development:
- Develop reusable and modular components using React.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
- BackEnd Development:
- Design develop and maintain serverside logic using Node.js or other relevant technologies.
- Implement RESTful APIs for seamless communication between the frontend and backend.
- Database Management:
- Integrate and work with various databases both SQL and MySQL to store and retrieve data efficiently.
- Optimize database queries for improved performance.
- Code Quality and Testing:
- Write clean welldocumented and maintainable code.
- Conduct unit testing and integration testing to ensure the reliability of the application.
- Collaboration:
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to implement visually appealing and userfriendly interfaces.
- Work closely with product managers and stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver highquality solutions.
- Technical Leadership:
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers.
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate best practices into development processes.
- Troubleshooting and Debugging:
- Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks bugs and other issues.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement solutions in a timely manner.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field.
- Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer with a focus on React.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript HTML CSS and related web technologies.
- Experience with serverside development using Node.js or similar technologies.
- Knowledge of database systems both SQL and NoSQL.
- Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
- Excellent problemsolving and debugging skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Masters degree in a relevant field.
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g. AWS Azure).
- Familiarity with containerization and orchestration (e.g. Docker Kubernetes).
- Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
