Job Opening: Technical Support Voice
Location: Chennai Sholinganallur
Company: Leading American multinational information technology services and consulting company
Job Title: Technical Support Voice
Work Arrangement: Work From Office
Shift: Rotational Shift
Week Off: 5 days working 2 days rotational week off)
Job Description:
- Providing technical support via voice process
- Resolving laptop/desktop/Internet/Broadband issues through troubleshooting
- Handling customer technical issues
Requirements:
- Graduates undergraduates with minimum 1 year experience and postgraduates can apply
- Immediate joiner required
- Ability to work in US shift timing and night shift
- Excellent English communication skills both verbal and written
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
- Good technical knowledge
Qualification: Undergraduate / Graduate / Post Graduate
Salary:
- Fresher: up to 3.50 lpa
- Experienced: up to 6 lpa
