Deputy Manager for Fraud Management at Global IT MNC
Our client an Indian multinational corporation specializing in information technology consulting and business process services is in need of a Deputy Manager for Fraud Management in the global IT domain. The ideal candidate should possess extensive experience in banking disputes and chargebacks on an international scale.
Location: Hyderabad (Work From Office)
Shift: US Shift 12.30am 9.30am)
Job Description
We are looking for a Deputy Manager for Fraud Management with the following qualifications:
- At least 6 years of experience in banking disputes and chargebacks at a global level
- Proficiency in risk and fraud processes
- Previous experience in leading a team of 20 resources
- Capability to manage client escalations and uphold client relationships
- Willingness to work night shifts
