Roles and responsibilities:

WorkcloselywiththeDeliveryTeamandidentifynewdemands.Alsowork on all project related operational matters includingbut not limited to invoicing contract renewals SOW & pricingexercises for new deals/amendments timesheet managementHWF/TWF/WFManagementetc.

CoordinatewithTalentAcquisitionTeamandfacilitaterecruitmentandhiringofnewemployees.

Trackandmaintainthedashboardswithhighlevelofaccuracy.

Chairsemiweekly/weeklycallswithstakeholdersandpublishMOMsandstatusreports.

Serveastheprimarypointofcontactforalloperationsrelatedinquiriesissuesandconcerns.

Driveandsupportbusinessdecisionsandcompliance.

Developandimplementnewprocessesandprocedurestoimproveoperationalefficiency.

Provenabilitytoworkcollaborativelywithothers.

Skills Experience & Qualifications:

Excellentcommunicationandtimemanagementskills

ProficientwithMicrosoftOffice(especiallyExcelWordandPowerPoint).

Bachelorsdegreepreferredwith2to3yearsexperienceinoperations
