- We are currently seeking an experienced IT Project Coordinator to join our team.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in coordinating IT projects ensuring timely delivery and maintaining effective communication with stakeholders.
- This role will play a crucial part in overseeing project timelines resources and budgets to ensure successful project completion.
- Coordinate IT projects from initiation to completion ensuring all project requirements are met
- Develop project plans timelines and milestones in collaboration with stakeholders
- Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays that may arise
- Communicate project status updates to stakeholders and team members
- Manage project resources effectively to ensure project goals are achieved within budget
- Conduct postproject evaluations to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science or related field
- Proven experience as an IT Project Coordinator or similar role
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail
