Job Description
Job Description:
Objective: Ensure timely costeffective and highquality project through effective monitoring and coordination across multiple sites in India.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan schedule and oversee project to meet time cost and quality benchmarks.
Conduct microlevel monitoring of project parameters.
Lead and manage Project Leaders/Managers.
Implement value engineering at site level.
Collaborate with consultants vendors contractors and corporate teams.
Resolve sitespecific challenges and ensure seamless coordination.
Maintain extensive onsite presence with regular visits.
Experience & Skills:
Successfully completed at least 5 hotel/resort projects from concept to completion.
Proficient in Civil MEP Interiors Landscaping and highend finishes.
Strong knowledge of project management & structural works.
Excellent leadership communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience with remote sites & extensive travel.
Preferred Industry:
Hospitality (Hotels & Resorts)
SEZ & Hospital Projects
Project Management Consultancy
