Project Manager Custom Kitchen & Millwork
Location: New York
We are seeking an experienced and detailoriented Project Manager to oversee custom kitchen and millwork projects for a prestigious luxury brand. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to worldclass projects while managing every aspect of project delivery from planning to installation. The position is based in our New York and involves collaborating with a range of stakeholders to ensure the successful completion of projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage complex millwork or interior fitout projects from initial planning to final installation.
- Act as the primary point of contact for suppliers contractors and clients ensuring smooth communication and project .
- Contribute to cost forecasting project reporting and financial oversight.
- Manage project scope changes and ensure effective communication of any adjustments.
- Oversee Health & Safety responsibilities on all projects.
- Provide support for the daytoday operation of our showroom including conducting occasional tours and assisting with events.
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in managing complex millwork or interior fitout projects particularly in the luxury sector.
- Strong organizational and problemsolving abilities.
- Excellent communication and relationshipbuilding skills with suppliers contractors and clients.
- Experience in project cost forecasting reporting and managing scope changes.
- Familiarity with Health & Safety regulations and best practices.
- Ability to work within a small team and contribute to the broader business including assisting with showroom operations.
