Make an impact at Serco
The Royal Australian Navys (RAN) Bridge Training Faculty (BTF) stands as a worldclass training facility equipped with 6 full mission simulators and 4 part mission simulators.
As an Assistant Maritime Warfare Instructor youll collaborate closely with the Senior Maritime Warfare Instructor and RAN staff to deliver premier training to Maritime Warfare Officers. Your role is crucial in operating the simulator and facilitating realistic scenariobased training ensuring RAN Officers receive the most accurate and effective preparation possible. Serco supports this mission with specialised training aimed at meeting these demands while helping you gain civilian qualifications in Training and Assessment.

To be successful in this role youll have:
- Ability to obtain and maintain a NV1 SECRET defence security clearance or higher.
- Proven military experience with a strong understanding of tactical training environments.
- A commitment to upholding the highest standards of trust and responsibility
- A passion for training and a desire to contribute to Defence operations in Australia
