Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our
team as a Customer Service and Representative 2. The ideal
candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer
service and a drive to achieve sales targets. This role will involve
providing consultative sales support to customers and utilizing
leadership skills to drive sales performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing outstanding customer service to all clients
- Utilizing consultative sales techniques to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
- Meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Participating in sales training and development programs to enhance sales skills
- Demonstrating leadership qualities to motivate and support team members
Requirements:
- Proven sales experience is a plus
- Strong leadership skills
- Sales training or certification is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and meet sales targets
