As an Entertainment Enthusiast aka Team Member you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of the park and providing a safe fun and memorable experience for all guests. This position requires a high level of energy reliability and a strong work ethic.

Greet and assist guests with a friendly and enthusiastic attitude.

Address guest inquiries concerns and complaints promptly and professionally.

Safety Monitoring:
Supervise trampoline courts and other attractions to ensure guests are following safety rules.
Provide safety instructions and demonstrations as needed.
Respond to and manage any incidents or injuries according to park protocols.

Operational Support:
Assist with the daily setup and breakdown of equipment and attractions.
Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the park including common areas restrooms and party rooms.
Conduct regular inspections of equipment and facilities reporting any issues to management.

Event Facilitation:
Support the coordination and of birthday parties and group events.
Assist party hosts with setup serving and cleanup duties.
