Performs related duties and general maintenance work is required.
Responsibilities:
General cleaning of the building/studios and keeping it maintained and in good condition.
Vacuum sweep and mop floors.
Cleaning and stock restrooms.
Ensure that doors are locked and the building is armed after hours.
Collect and dispose of any trash and cleans sidewalks.
Performs snow/ice removal.
Notify supervisors or managers of major repairs.
Performing Preventative Maintenance.
Handling basic repair and maintenance.
Assist in setting up Studios/Rooms for special events.
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 5 years of facilities maintenance experience.
Knowledge of proper and safe use of applicable custodial equipment.
Maintains high standards for work areas and appearance.
Handle basic maintenance building repairs cleaning and other janitorial work.
Experience performing routine maintenance.
Ability to lift more than 50 pounds.
Appropriate maturity of judgment and behavior.
Ability to communicate with coworkers and other departments with professionalism and respect.
Ability to maintain a professional relationship with all coworkers vendor representatives supervisors managers customers and client representatives.
Adequate/reasonable oral and written communication skills.
High School diploma GED or equivalent experience.
Ability to work a flexible schedule including Saturday.
Good attention to detail.
Ability to work well alone and in a team.
