What Youll Do

As the Mechanical Engineering Manager NPD you will:

• Lead and Develop Teams: Manage a team of engineers and technicians providing mentorship training and development while fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
• Drive Product Development: Oversee the design and development of new products ensuring all requirements safety regulations manufacturability and serviceability standards are met.
• Technical Leadership: Serve as the lead engineer on new product development projects delivering highquality mechanical designs that align with customer and business needs.
• Process Improvement: Identify and implement enhancements in engineering standards documentation and procedures to drive efficiency and product excellence.
• CrossFunctional Collaboration: Work closely with Product Manufacturing and Service teams to ensure seamless product launches and compliance with company standards.
• Ensure Compliance: Maintain adherence to industry regulations engineering best practices and Park Industries quality standards.
• Foster Innovation: Encourage a mindset of continuous improvement in both product design and team performance.

As a Mechanical Engineering Manager NPD youll work standard business hours from Monday to Friday with a hybrid work arrangement that combines remote work flexibility with onsite collaboration at our St. Cloud MN office.

Experience and Qualifications

• Education: Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering is required; a Masters Degree is preferred.
• Experience: 15 years of designrelated engineering experience including 7 years managing engineers in a product development environment. Experience in CNC or robotic equipment and a manufacturing setting is preferred.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in 3D CAD modeling (AutoCAD/Inventor preferred) mechanical analysis FEA tools and GD&T. Strong knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic system design.
• Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead mentor and develop engineering teams while driving innovation and maintaining a highperformance culture.
• Attributes: Strong analytical problemsolving skills effective communication and a resultsdriven mindset.

Pay Transparency Statement

In accordance with pay transparency regulations the anticipated starting salary for this position ranges from $94000 to $130000 annually. Please note that the salary range provided is an estimate and not a guarantee; the final offer will be determined based on factors such as experience education location and assigned shift. Fulltime employees may also be eligible for variable compensation companywide incentives and a comprehensive benefits package. Additionally the availability of benefits and programs may vary depending on the hire date employment type and hours worked.
