Responsibilities
- Advisors set the tone for our customers experience in the express service lane and maintainthe highest customer service standard
- Review customers vehicle service history inspects the vehicle and recommends additional services
- Receives payment for selected services
- Updates all the customers information within organizations systems
- Reviews repair orders to ensure proper dealership documentation correct repair charges signatures for authorization vehicle mileage in / out
- Create a positivework flow and detailed communication to maintainourcustomers satisfaction
Qualifications
- Able to work flexible schedules and some weekends
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Professional and positive/can do attitude
- Ability to deliver bestinclass customer service
- Reliable transportation to and from work every single day
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record
