Job Description

- Craft specialty drinks coffee tea and smoothies to perfection
- Assembles cold and hot food options following Savorys gold standards and safety rules
- Embody the Savory spirit of warm hospitality and highquality service while maintaining a strong sense of professionalism
- Serve as a wealth of knowledge and brand ambassador on all food and beverage offerings to educate guests and team members as requested
- Promptly communicate any machine or tech issues inventory shortages or client dissatisfaction to the supervisor or other manager on duty
- Strong sense of awareness to cleanliness operations within a food establishment
- Support your team in other areas as necessary
- At least 2 years of experience in a highvolume environment crafting drinks in both the coffee/tea and smoothie worlds
- Strong guest experience and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to utilize quick thinking and conflict resolution skills to resolve guest issues in accordance with the Savory brand standards
- You are a team player with a warm personality and honest values
- NY Food Handlers Certification or willingness to obtain one within one month of hire
- Capability to maintain a stationary position often standing for prolonged periods of time
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule daytime Monday Sunday and occasionally including nights weekends or holidays
- Competitive hourly rate commensurate with experience $18.00 $20.00 per hour)
