Job Description: Campus Recreation engages students and the Baylor community in experiential learning and recreational and leisure activities that equip individuals to live balanced holistic and healthy lifestyles. The Fitness Center enhances the mission of by helping students engage in healthy lifestyle practices and encouraging cardiovascular and muscular fitness.
This role provides quality customer service and maintains a safe clean and enjoyable environment for all Fitness Center patrons. Basic responsibilities include greeting patrons tracking attendance educating and enforcing Fitness Center rules maintaining cleanliness ensuring safe use of all exercise equipment and assisting with spotting as needed. Moderate to heavy lifting is required to organize gym equipment. Must have strong communication skills work as a team and display time management skills. No experience is necessary. necessary.
